The mission of the Office of Budgeting and Fiscal Effectiveness is to serve in a coordinating role for university-wide planning efforts, carrying out these functions with professional, timely and balanced analyses of data, processes and choices. This area is dedicated to serving academic and adminsitrative units as a planning partner, providing the tools, knowledge and analysis needed to operate in conjunction with the University's goals.

Our goal is to make Eastern Kentucky University's budget and related financial information available to faculty, staff, students and the citizens of the Commonwealth in a transparent fashion for their inspection and use.
