Banner Finance Access Request Information
I Need to Change My Banner Finance Access. What do I do?

Your security access within Banner is based on your current position duties. You will only be allowed to view fund/orgs that are related to your current position. Listed below are examples and instruction on how to change Banner Finance security access.
New Banner User must fill out a Banner Access Form and attend required training classes for all orgs including grants.
Existing Banner User (current position) - Footprints request (supervisor must be copied & budgeting@eku.edu) or Banner Access Form (supervisor must sign then forward to Budgeting Coates 43A) must be submitted to obtain Funds or Orgs that are not in your current view but are associated with your current position. This can be used for all orgs including grant.
Existing Banner User (new position) - Banner Access Form (new position supervisor must sign then forward to Budgeting Coates 43A).
Revoke Existing Banner Access - Footprints request (supervisor must be copied & budgeting@eku.edu) or Banner Access Form (supervisor must sign then forward to Budgeting Coates 43A) to revoke your access in Banner. This means you will no longer have access to VIEW A BUDGET, DO A PURCHASING REQUISITION, nor CENTRAL STORES REQUISTION. This can be used for both institutional base and grant orgs.
Emails will no longer be accepted. (Note: If for any reason Footprints is inactive you will have to fill our a Banner Access Form.)

An email will be sent from ITDS Security confirming your setup/access to Banner Finance. Once you are in the system if you have any problems with your security access or processes in Banner contact the HelpDesk (622-3000 option 3).
