The Financial Planning Council (FPC) provides recommendations to the President and Board of Regents regarding the University's fiscal affairs.
The Financial Planning Council has been given the following charges: |
- Communicate the direction to the Area leaders with respect to the structure & guidance for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Process

- Review baseline budgets and requests for additional funding from Area leaders. Prioritize funding requests based on overall alignment to the University's strategic focus and operational needs
|
- Assist in developing a recommendation for the base-line budget that will go to the President and ultimately the Board of Regents
|
- Provide a consolidated and prioritized set of recommendations of additional funding requests
|
