Temporary and/or Lost Card
Should you need to report your card lost/stolen:
Students should log on to www.colonel1card.com to report their card.
Faculty, Staff, and Model students should report their cards by coming to the Colonel 1 Card Office located in the Powell Student Center.
Temporary cards are available only when one of the following conditions have been met:
If the student/employee is new on campus and their Colonel 1 Card is being ordered;
Their Colonel 1 Card has been reported lost and a new one is being ordered
Temporary cards can be used for the following:
Identification purposes
Meal plans
Access to campus facilities
Access to Home Athletic Events - (students only)
Access to Library Facilities
Access to campus equipment
By requesting a temporary card, I understand that my Colonel 1 Card will be reported lost and a new card will be produced. The cost of the replacement card is currently $25.00. Once reported lost, if found the card can never be reactivated or used again. Temporary cards are active for 20 days.
Temporary Passes
For students who know they have their card and just cannot put their hands on it, day passes can be provided to you. Temporary passes may only be used in the Fresh Food Company if you have a meal plan or campus declining balance account. Students are allowed two passes per semester.
Cost of Replacement Card
All replacement cards issued after the initial card will be assessed a $25.00 fee.
