The Colonel 1 Card Office follows the University holiday schedule.

The Colonel 1 Card is your official identification card for Eastern Kentucky University. For security reasons and for selecting a student’s refund preference the card must be activated. Regardless of whether or not you think you will receive a refund, you must activate your card.
