On-Campus Declining Balance Accounts

Declining balance accounts allow you to pay for on-campus meals and services by using your Colonel 1 Card. Using a declining balance account is a convenient way to handle all transactions on campus and eliminate the need for carrying cash. Campus declining balance accounts are for on-campus use only and are separate from the OneAccount. Balances are non-transferable. To add money to one of these accounts log on to EKU.ManageMyID.com.

A pre-paid account
Tax exempt

Refundable only via EKU Student Account.  If you owe money to EKU funds will be applied to the outstanding balance.
Balance carries from academic year to academic year
Used at the following locations:
  EKU Bookstore
  EKU Computer Store
  Laundry Facilities
  Vending (specialized readers)
  EKU Dining Locations

Optional Flex is...
A pre-paid account
Tax exempt
Receive a 5% savings at each transaction
Balances carry from academic year to academic year
Non-refundable account
Used only at EKU Dining Services locations

Meal Flex is...
Attached to a pre-packaged meal plan
Tax exempt
Balances expire at the end of the spring semester
Non-refundable account
Used only at EKU Dining Services location

Meal Flex Dollars are available for use on the first day of classes
